- Evaluations are usually done when a child is over 3.5 years old
- The evaluations are done at 3pm
- The evaluation is a time for the child to be alone with a guide to access his/her comfort level and ability in the classroom
- Once a space opens for your child(ren) you will receive an acceptance packet in the mail, which will include an enrollment contract, emergency contact info forms, medical forms, parent handbook, and information on paying the down payment.

- Return the signed contract along with the tuition downpayment and other completed forms.
- A copy of the signed contract will be returned to you.

UPDATE September 11, 2011: There is currently one toddler slot available, and there likely won't be another available slot until late spring, 2012.
Primary Environment (ages two-and-a-half to six years)
UPDATE September 11, 2011: There is one immediate opening, and possibly others will be open in October.
Elementary Environment (ages 6-12 years old)
UPDATE September 11, 2011: The slots being reserved for students without previous Montessori have been filled and it is unlikely there will be any more for the 2011-2012 school year. Denver Preschool Program

Bergamo Academy is a participant of the Denver Preschool Program. Denver four-year-olds can qualify for tuition assistance. The amount of assistance depends on income (and even some assistance is available for higher income levels). To find out how much, click on the "calculator" button at dpp.org. For the 2010/2011 school year, the student must have been born between August 20, 2005 and October 1, 2006.
